About F4
Football is the platform. People are the mission. We're a community-built youth flag football league in Franklin, Tennessee, using the game to develop character, strengthen families, and build the next generation of leaders.
More than a game.
A mission.
F4 was born from a shared belief among three coaches, fathers, and community leaders that youth sports can be one of the most powerful platforms for changing lives.
As we coached and served in youth sports, we saw an opportunity. Many organizations provide excellent football instruction, but few put intentional emphasis on faith, character, and fellowship as part of the overall experience.
Families were looking for something more — not just another football league, but a community where faith is lived out, families are strengthened, and football serves as a platform for developing leaders of character.

The four F's
Faith
We encourage integrity, servant leadership, and character in an environment where faith is lived out through actions and service.
Family
Youth sports should strengthen families, not compete with them. Parents are partners, not spectators.
Fellowship
Meaningful relationships built through mentorship, community events, and service that last well beyond a single season.
Football
We teach the fundamentals while using the game to build confidence, discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
Using the game of football to create generational transformation — developing leaders of character who positively impact their families, schools, churches, and communities.
